such had parts that were worn from time and use. Our store manager explain to the customer that there were issues with the steering system that would cause excessive play and that they needed to be addressed in a timely fashion. The customer wanted to bring the vehicle back at a later date to complete the repairs and understood there would be an additional charge. Brake lines were not included because the lift kit manufacturer doesn't recommend them on this vehicle. Under normal driving conditions the stock lines should be fine as this type of vehicle wasn't engineered by [redacted] for extreme off road use. The vehicle did require more work to correct issues with the factory drive line angle that was causing a noise. Although the vehicle didn't need to be towed to our location, we understood Mrs. [redacted] concern and issued her an offsetting credit toward her steering system repairs and gave her additional parts at no charge along with a $100 gift card for her trouble. The wheels and tires were picked out by Mrs. [redacted], so we're not sure what she's referring to and she didn't express a concern when taking delivery of the vehicle.
