Review: Had this company do a bathroom remodel. Already contacted the company about the many deficiencies with the bathroom floor, shower doors and loose window sill, etc. The tile floor has cracked/uneven tiles. The shower doors have gaps at both sides. The dust was all over the house and our step stool is missing. Our pail and shovel were used to mix the tile grout and not cleaned.Desired Settlement: We don't want them to do anymore work on the house since it wasn't done properly the first time. The company isn't even offering any type of refund so we can have the floor redone. We paid over 20K which was overpriced for the quality of the work.
