L&M Locksmith

I am a female who was locked out of my building at about 2am. The screw that was on the doorknob was completely out and on the front stoop. I called for assistance because this was the number listed on the mailbox of my building as an emergency service. The man in the phone told me that by the time they came, someone would let me in. Then he hung up on me. I called back and he told me that he was not going to waste his time, and hung up again. Then he refused to answer any further calls. I had nowhere to go, and ended up calling the police when no other services answered my calls. I did not get into my apartment until 3:45am. They put me in danger by refusing to do their job.
