It's no surprise that they have only negative reviews. First I became aware of the scam is when I noticed two charges totally about $180 on my checking account. When I called them and spoke to "Joe", he said the only way I could return the product is if they were unused. When I insisted to speak to a manager, he said he is a manager and he will not authorize me to get my money back. Two or three times I called and got him and he hung up on me. I got a woman on the phone and she read his notes and said I was rude and she hung up on me. My bank said ask for the address to send the items back (the bank required this in order for them to reimburse the charges). L'Mage hung up on me so quick I didn't even get a chance to get the address. Happened several times over.....and get this, the produce Super Color 1800 that appears to be charging either the $80 or $90+ dollars monthly, is available on the web for $8.00. I figured I'd order a full bottle and send a full bottle back to them but I couldn't even get their address......they keep hanging up on me. URRRRGGGGG They are so baaaad.......it's almost funny.

I requested a free sample of their moisturizer and was hit with a $79.97 charge on my bank account the same day I ordered. 16 days later, they hit me with a $94.97 charge! I guess that's the only way to sell an inferior product....deceive your customers, get into their bank accounts and rip them off. Totally disgusted with L'Mage.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I GOT AN OFFER FOR A "FREE" SAMPLE AFTER COMPLETING A SURVEY. A MONTH LATER GOT ANOTHER ORDER. WAS CHARGED $100 MY CC. CALLED TO RETURN AND GET REFUND. WAS TOLD THAT WAS PART IF THE OFFER AND NO REFUNDS. DISPUTED CHARGE WITH MY CC COMPANY, BUT NO LUCK. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

I called their customer service dept and a Joe answered.
I told him that I wanted to return the products that I had ordered because I had an allergic reaction and wanted a RMA#.
He told me I cannot return anything since I opened the product.
I then argued with him telling him that I did not know they would charge me further than the free sample they advertised for 6.96 and 4.95. They had charged my credit card an additional $95 and $75 for the products!
He then told me I would be cancelled from future shipments and then he hung up on me! I think they are a bunch of internet theives that just take your money without letting you know they are doing it!
I will never order for anything from any company on-line unless it is thru [redacted].
At least [redacted] will take care of their customers.

I spoke to a Joe, manager to get a RMA number to send back the unused portion of a $200.00 purchase that I was unaware of and he told me I couldn't send the product back or cancel my membership. I am having to go through my credit card company to get this straightened out. The product doesn't work and the manager kept hanging up on me when I tried to speak to someone else. I guess he's the only employee because he was the only person who answered the phone.

L'mage will let you try their 14 day trial by charging you the FULL PRICE! You can send back the creams and have to pay an obscene amount of money!!! Do not try unless you want to pay full price!!!

Do not buy. They give you the first month for free. You pay shipping of course.
You automatically are signed up for it every month which is 100.00. You call to return it and they say no returns. When you argue with them they say they will send you an email and you have to print it out and mail it back to them, the only problem is they do not give you permission to print it. Its a scam. Do not deal with these people, very rude

Total scam. Tried returning product and was told could not return and they could not refund and it auto debits from my account. I tried repeatedly to call and Joe kept hanging up on me. Do not order! Horrible!

My husband ordered this product for me as a surprise not realizing he would be charged $94.97 plus $4.95 shipping and handling in 14 days from the date of purchase and enrolled in an autoship program each month and charged the same every 30 days. When he gave it to me I searched the reviews and found this site as he had searched and found nothing. It was very thoughtful of him but the trial was totally misrepresented. I called to get a RMA# and the lady was very rude and said that she had to speak directly with him. I said I would like to ask a question just as a consumer, "What is the charge for this product after the trial period?", she said, very rudely, "Go to the website and find out for yourself!" I called another customer service number and just asked the question and she did tell me the cost of the product after 14 days, I told her I could not find that on the website and she said it was only on a particular website and she very rudely told me she didn't know which one and said she had other calls coming in, have a nice day, and hung up! Also, she said it was not a free trial, IT IS DEFERRED BILLING! THIS IS A SCAM!

Sounds like I'm not the only one to be had. I ordered a 14 day trial that was offered after a survey. I felt like I read the terms and conditions correctly and if I cancelled within 14 days of ordering the product, I would not be billed for$170. I called and was hung up on 3 times, twice without a hello and once after the lady told me she wouldn't speak to me, because I interrupted her once to state what I wanted to tell her. Turns out, you can't even cancel future orders until you have been billed for this product, that I don't feel is any different than Oil of O'Lay. No returns. Finally spoke to a rep who had a sympathetic ear and some conscience that at least spoke to me. I'm sure customer service is quick to hang up because of the upset customers calling. No wonder they charge you and arm and a leg, no one wants to do business with these people a second time.

Opened an email that had Costco logo .

It was a pop up email offering different items for trail.

You pay shipping costs .

Clicked on 2 skincare products.

Filled in my credit card information.

Received products but in checking my credit card statement the following week

Saw a pending charge of $94.97 and $79.97

Contacted L'Mage Beauty after speaking to my bank.

Needed RMA number to return products.

Was not successful in getting this number from this business but was able to cancel

my account with them.

Filed a claim with my bank for the above charges.

Finally after more than 2 months achieved the dispute,it's now closed.

Dealing with this Business took a lot of my time, their customer service was not professional.

Beware,beware.

I ordered this product following a survey at United airlines. They offered a free product for the amount of $4.95 for shipping and handling. I was allergic to the product. I then noticed a deduction on my bank card for $94.97 and then received a shipment of the same product. I called L mage and was hung up on 3 times when I asked to return the product I never ordered. I finally called from a different phone and was able to speak with JOE and he stated that they never refund the charge for any reasons, including allergic reactions. He did offer $25.00 credit on my account. I would love to dispute this charge.

I had my bank call L mage and the person was extremely rude and nasty to the bank agent and hung up on us.

This company, the product, Joe the manager , & another female

who answer the calls ARE HORRIBLE.

They are both rude and continuously hang up

on you. They will not give you a RMA number

to return their bogus product and will tell you

you can't cancel your order or membership.

I recommend if you used a credit card to immediately

cancel the card because they will charge you.
