Review: We bought a side by side refrigerator few months back from this dealer because our refrigerator was no longer getting cold. They delivered the refrigerator to our home with a fee and picked up our refrigerator. They provided a receipt and said the appliance was guaranteed for 90 days. Two months later the refrigerator failed to get cold just as the one we gave them. We called them and they came and fixed the issue. This week the refrigerator was broken again with the same issue. They came yesterday and opened the refrigerator apart but couldn't fix it. They said they would be back today at 5:00pm. We waited and waited and waited; called and called and called; no one picked the phone. Probably yesterday my wife told them that if they could not fix it then they had to replace another working refrigerator.

We want our refrigerator back because it was still new and it was much better than this one.

We did pay them $300 plus tips.Desired Settlement: We want our refrigerator back and repaired because it was still new and it was much better than this one; or guarantee to deliver another better and working one.

We don't have any refrigerator now.

With two times broken our food were spoiled. We want them to reimburse for those too.

I Purchased a used Kenmore side by side refrigerator for $250 a couple of weeks ago and the Refrigerator gets so cold !! I was worried at 1st that it would not be as good, but it turns out that It was A Great Buy, I recommend LMO to anyone who is on a Budget !!

Just be aware! We were told that the stackable washer/dryer worked good. When we got it to our shop, the washer didn't worked at all..I don't believe they actually check out the equipment before selling it, and then if it doesn't work, that's your stuff luck...They said they would send out someone to fix it, but their lack of communication and getting someone there was something else..
