? ? The customer [redacted] purchased Tires at our shop on 10/24/2017,for his VW.Several days later he came into the shop and asked what we had torqued his wheels lug nuts to and I told him foot lbs,and he said that after driving the car for about a miles he noticed a brake pulsation ,then he said we had over torqued his wheels which was causing his brake pulsation,so I told him that pounds is what VW recommend for torque on the lug nuts and that if we had over torque the wheels it would have done the pulsation right away,so I didn’t think that it was our fault that he had a pulsation in his brakes.Then [redacted] became upset and said it was our fault and we needed to buy him new brake rotors,and I said I would have to talk to the owner and would call him back to that day with what the owner had said.That day was very busy at the shop and the owner was very busy at his other store’s,so before I could get an answer from the owner [redacted] had called back,and I told him I did not hear back from the owner yet,so has soon has I got off the phone with [redacted] I finally talked to the owner and he said so we can keep the customer, tell [redacted] that we will buy him new rotors for his VW,I said ok and called [redacted] right away and told him we would get him new rotors for his car,and also I never told him that we would not put them on his car,so he asked where are you getting the brake rotors from I said from our local part store we use every day,and he said that he didn’t want those because he purchased special rotors for it from VW,so I said well we will get you the ones we can get and then he got upset and said ok and hung up the phone,so I didn’t hear anything till I got the letter from the Revdex.com and that he wanted $dollars to replace his rotors,so I called the owner and talked about it, so he said go a head and send a check for want [redacted] wanted,because the owner did not want a bad statement on the Revdex.com,so I sent him a check after I called [redacted] and told him we where sending him a check for the amount he asked for on the letter to the Revdex.com and that is what happened,thank you.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
