APH Stone did not install a new A/C and heat mini split unit which they were contracted to do & we
paid them for total job.Now will not reimburse us
APH Stone were contracted to do a major renovation of our property at S Albany Ave #This included installing a new A/C with heat mini split unit The work was completed around the end of Aug., and the A/C unit was tested then to be working On 1/2/2018, the unit was found not to have any heat capabilities at all after we had a 3rd party technician check on the unit We had to purchase a new unit with heat and install it immediately (property is now occupied by a tenant) as temperatures were a high of 40s We gave APH Stone same day notification of the need for a new unit to be installed ASAP and they did not reply via text or email A new unit was then installed by a 3rd party the next day, 1/3/2018, and we gave them notice of the cost of install and asked for a reimbursement A rep related to APH Stone asked us to sa
the company has been very unprofessional,they used my house and electricity to do their work,and left my front porch very durty
I Have a contract with APH to remodel my kitchen.After we negociated the price for $7000.According to the contract I will give $as a deposit to order the cabinet which will take 7-business days to arrive,then after the cabinets installment,Iwill give the $balance so the can install the granite and finish the job.It has been more than three months I still have no kitchen,the cabinets are poorly installed due to wrong measurement.The owner of the company asked me to pay to repair his mistakes,In order for them to come to do anything I have to call them.There have been several episodes of no call no show.finally two weeks ago the called and said they will install the granite for free,they are still not finish with the cabinets,when they come to install the granite,no measurements were correct,they refused to fix it it's like take it or leave it, n
