Bought a pick up on 12/19/- called before picking up vehicle to ensure it would be inspected Arrived to pick up vehicle, not inspected as promised by GM GM said to get vehicle inspected and we will reimburse you Vehicle did not pass inspection - I paid to have repairs made and for the inspection Went to get truck registered; did not have title Called GM to inform them about inspection incident and no title, and now we are over days for registration so there is a $fee GM stated; oh yeah your title is here...we will reimburse you for inspection repairs, inspection fee and the $for late registration; send us a copy of receipts Receipts were emailed to GM Go pick up title, no reimbursement check Told oh we will get it sent on Monday Go to register truck again...no Lien Release was given to us Call GM, oh I think we have misplaced it Asked me to contact bank to get a new lien release I called the previous owner, he said he handed the paperwork ove
Purchased a Saturn Outlook on June 2,with the acknowledgement that there were no issues with this vehicle other than high mileageAfter maintenance oil change on vehicle with Randy's automotive in Pittsburg, KsMy daughter ( Johnnie Bunney- Driver of said vehicle) was informed that there were several issues with this vehicle ranging from the catalytic converters, outer tie rod ends, power steering rack and pinion, and other mechanical issuesThe dealership was informed of issues and refuses to fix themCompany (Lawson Motorsports) also refuses to supply a carfax report on this vehicleA investigative report request has been file with the Attorney Generals office and waiting for process
