I [redacted] , owner and operator of LMS Mechanicals did receive a $draw from a man name [redacted] He got my # through friendsThe $dollars went for suppliers onlyWork was set to be done on Friday after ThanksgivingI did not know my supplier would be closed that day [redacted] could only be available on FridaysWe scheduled for following FridayThat day it was primary to outside work wasn't able to do it He demanded I be there the next day ( Saturday) I had prior planshe called me later in the week asking for his cash backI initially agreed, but explained to him that it took days for me to be mailed a check from supplierIt is their policy $be mailed by checkI agreed to give him 1/$till check came inHe started cussing me and told me he would sue meI in returned told him to do what he thought was bestI never heard back from himI never asked for service fees on sizing the job and my timeI hope this will be the end of it

I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] is lying, When he failed to show up for our appointment the 2 second time, he didn't even bother to call or communicate at all. That's is why I asked for my money back. His exact words were "Finger it" and was cussing..  If LMS mechanical does not want this to be online for potential clients to read, he needs to return my 400$. Otherwise I feel the need to let other potential customers know he can not be trusted and to seek another contractor.  Mr [redacted] needs to return 400$ and apologize for threatening myself and my wife. All the threats are in text message form on my phone. I can supply them if needed, as I am saving them for the police should he decide to carry out his threats.  thank you [redacted]

I initially agreed, but explained to him that it took 30 days for me to be mailed a check from supplier. It is their policy $100 be mailed by check. I agreed to give him 1/2 $200 till check came in. He started cussing me and told me he would sue me. I in returned told him to do  what he thought was best. I never heard back from him. I never asked for service fees on sizing the job and my time. I hope this will be the end of it.
