problem, She said the 1" time is was brought in it was repaired without replacing anything on itShe had a problem with it againReturned and we worked on it and was charged The boot did not have a new zipper slide on it I asked if she had the other boot with herNo she replied I ask her if could bring it in for me to see because maybe the other boot was the one we worked on and replacedCustomer said she had never had the other boot in hereShe insisted it was that boot, at that.Time I asked Bert to talk to her about it.Bert First question I ask is do you have the other boot? No she repliedI proceeded to explained that if we had change the slide it would look like this one and the one on the boot is the original Ariat slide- She insisted that this is the bootAgain I ask do have the other boot? No againAgain I explain if it had been changed it would look like this YKK slide here not the Aiat slideAgain do you have the other boot? Why would I have the other boot this is the only boot I have had in here ..You need the other bootIll just turn you into the Revdex.comI stopped talking and walked away.As you can see in the video the counter girl unzipped an zipped the zipper a couple of times There was nothing wrong with the zipper and its original zipper an Aiat slideNote: Our police since is if the customer is right we will fix the problem, if the customer is wrong they can complain all they wantThis is our second time receiving a complaint from the Revdex.com I believe the first one was in 1980Thank You Bert H*** owner, operator

It seems we are at an impasse. It is a shame that for the sake of a meager $8.95 any business owner is willing to treat a paying customer the way I was treated. A simple, mature conversation would have quickly resolved the issue, and likely would have resulted in more business for Hanlin Shoe Repair.

So thankful a LMS person was around late at night to help my Daughter. She is a student at ASU and works late. She came in late from work and had a encounter with a couple of drunk kids. She tried to get away from them but they keep bothering her. A LMS employee came over and helped her. She said he was so professional about getting the drunks to leave her alone. I understand they work most of the apartments in Boone. I would think they have to deal with a lot of drunk and rude people. I wish we had a company her in Athens, GA like LMS to help us.

This business is a joke, the employees are argumentative and insulting. A simple transaction turned into an attitude ridden encounter that I will not soon forget. I do not recommend using them at any time lest you wish your intelligence and integrity questioned by a stranger.
