LMTD Supply

I preordered 2 pairs of Jordan 4 Midnight Navy shoes. I never received the shoes or a refund. When I emailed about my order they said they would ship in about 7 business days. They never shipped the shoes. I emailed again asking for a refund, but I never got a response. Now I have to waste time filing a chargeback to get my $ back.

LMTD Supply advertises sneaker pre-orders & claim all shoes are authentic. I ordered back in September. I knew there would be an extended wait time, which was okay as I assumed everything would work out. You can imagine my surprise when I opened my order & found that unlike all other Nike shoes I’ve purchased, the QR code inside does not scan. The shoe feels off compared to other Jordan 1s.

Dead QR means one thing: fake shoes. That & if you look at & feel the tongues & other areas, they’re simply incorrect. I emailed them with my concern & after an initial reply, they’ve ceased to respond to any contact. Given that I have 2 other pre-orders, I want those cancelled immediately, my money refunded & the ability to return their fake product. This is not okay.
