Renewal of newspaper subscription due 02/18/18 in amount of $26.00. On 01/29/18 paid renewal in amount of $31.00 ($5.00 delivery person tip),
check #***, which cleared a few days later. On 02/07/18 I phoned firm () and requested cancellation of my account (#***), spoke
with an unknown female who verified receipt of my check, verified my cancellation and that a refund would be promptly mailed to me. On 02/20/18
I again phoned to determine status of my refund, spoke with an unknown female, who informed me refunds are written only on 1st of month and I
would receive it shortly after that. On 03/13/18 I again phoned, spoke with an unknown female who verified check was written on the 1st and would
have been mailed on the 2nd. Said if not received by the 15th, call back. On 03/15/18 called and spoke with a Vera, she said would refer matter up to
her manager, who would phone me by 4:00PM. No call received, called back and requested to speak with manager, unknown female said neither she
nor Vera available, she stated refund had been posted. Now, through 03/17/18 nothing has been received.
