I am an independent contractor known as *** 3XL Transport, LLC. My company was contracted and moved (at LNR's request) approximately 24 vehicles, with a total still due to my company of $2830.80. This work was done in September of 2019 and pay was due in full 30 days after delivery/receipt of vehicles delivered. Vehicles were delivered and signed for on or about the dates of 09/22/2019-09/26/2019.
We have all the paperwork to support delivery and receipt/acceptance of vehicles. Also documentation of amount contracted for and agreed upon. As of 05/03/2020 *** 3XL Transport, LLC has still not been paid. We have reached out multiple times over the last 7 months via email and phone with demand request for payment. Our requests have been ignored or unanswered.
Specifically, we have reached out to Owner, Dan *** at ***@lnrsinc.com and CFO, Mike Owens at ***@lnrsinc.com and accounting department, at @lnrsinc.com. The phone number that we have been reaching out to and actually verbally requesting payment with is 972.331.0111.
Billing Adjustment The billing adjustment Adams 3XL would like to have, would be payment in full for services rendered. We would like for Revdex.com to contact LNR & have/advise them to remit payment in full for services they have received from us. We are a small and independent auto transport company & we absolutely cannot afford to work for free. We have been more than patient & accommodating. The company is ignoring our calls/emails all together now. We want our payment for work done forwarded to us immediately.
