I am rejecting this response because: The response is a reflection of what the apartment manager has told the businessIt is not accurateI don't have a problem following the rules or the lawsI have asked my guests to move if they park in the wrong spot, and they will confirm itI was not upset about the noticeI apologized to Laura B*** because it was an honest mistake, and I accepted the responsibility I was upset about the inaccurate information that the apartment manager put in the noticeI still have not received an accurate noticeI did not leave with my guest in my vehicleI do not want to cheat anyone out of rentI was afraid for my own personal safety and in shock because of the way that Laura B*** was behavingThe last time I paid rent Laura B*** refused to give me a receipt, twice, even after receiving payment for this months rentShe only gave me a receipt when my Mom who was on speaker phone threatened to get a lawyerLaura B*** insisted that she needed to speak to me, but she would not do it outside or with a witness on the phoneLaura B*** was being evicted when BK properties owned the complex, due to her being hostile toward the former apartment managerLNT properties hired Laura B*** knowing her historyLaura B*** did yell and use profanity towards me when she came pounding on my doorI am not the only tenant who doesn't want Laura B*** around their childrenIt's my job to protect my child from anyone who doesn't have his best interest and behaves the way that Laura B*** doesLaura B*** constantly speaks negatively about tenants to other tenants and causes a hostile environment for many people who live there.

As we clearly stated last time:The tenant is upset due to receiving a violation notice. The tenant is aware of the violation, and is in fact a repeat offender of this same violation.The manager, security cameras, other tenants, text messages, tenants own verbal/written notices,  and emails...

confirm:1) the tenant committed the violation2) the tenant wrote inappropriate text to manager3) manager went to discuss it with her...manager did NOT cuss/yell as verified by other tenants less than 10 feet away.4) the tenant son was upset because he was not allowed to talk to manager; who he has a friendship with.5) She wanted a receipt for payment of rent without paying! (also noted in this complaint that she : "would close the door while she wrote the receipt..shewaited outside cause manager wanted door close  then later she GAVE the money order and got receipt.6) She has received a response from owners & manager...stating she needs to comply with all laws, policies and rules pertaining to her residing here. She must pay rent as long as she lives here.7) The manager has/continues to assure the safety and well being of all tenants. There was never a threat, intimidation or any other action taken to risk the safety of this or any other tenant.If this tenant believes she can get receipts without payments, can not follow the policies of the complex/city,state, or federal laws, disrupt the peaceful environment of the others that live here, and truly fears for her safety: she might wish to consider other resident options.We ask that this matter /harassment be put to an end. This is the 2nd and final response to Revdex.com request in this matter.
