find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI want to thank the business owner for answering the letter, I very much appreciate thatI also thank him for being understanding of the situation and appreciate the return my money that I was overchargedIn his letter he mentioned that he would have appreciated that I reach out to one of his managers immediately to resolve the issue on the spot - I wanted to let him know that I did do just that the day of the incidentThe day that this incident occurred was the same day as the *** *** free concert at the beachWhen I questioned the price difference the manager responded with "today that is the price of our pizza." After trying and reaching no resolution at the restaurant, I turned to the Revdex.comI am very satisfied with the resolution and would happily visit the restaurant again
