Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and...

find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want to thank the business owner for answering the letter, I very much appreciate that. I also thank him for being understanding of the situation and appreciate the return my money that I was overcharged. In his letter he mentioned that he would have appreciated that I reach out to one of his managers immediately to resolve the issue on the spot - I wanted to let him know that I did do just that the day of the incident. The day that this incident occurred was the same day as the [redacted] free concert at the beach. When I questioned the price difference the manager responded with "today that is the price of our pizza." After trying and reaching no resolution at the restaurant, I turned to the Revdex.com. I am very satisfied with the resolution and would happily visit the restaurant again.

Review: I went to Atlantic City last night for a concert on the beach. To wait out the traffic my friends and I decided to stop at Lo Presti's on the boardwalk and get a tray of pizza for dinner and watch the fireworks that night. I took a look at the menu, saw that the pizza was listed at 21.50 and I ordered a plain cheese pizza pie. When I got my change back the young man behind the counter gave me 15 dollars in change for the 40 dollars that I gave him and told me it would be a 25 minute wait to receive my pizza. I noticed that this was the amount of change and I approached the young man and pointed to the menu on the board and said the pizza is 21.50 you gave me the wrong amount of change. With that he smiled and laughed, turned to the man that I assumed was his manager (because he was running money back and fourth from the employees to the cash register) who very sharply responded - "Right now it is $25 for a pie, you don't owe him anything back." Due to the amount of people I didn't want to cause a scene arguing with the man and I figured filing a complaint would be better served than arguing over $3.50 at the time. I am upset if this restaurant pulls this with other customers and I hope for this matter to be very quickly resolved. As someone who helped run a family business for years, I know that this is no way to treat a customer and this is bad business.Desired Settlement: I would like be refunded the $3.50 that they owe me. I realize that it is only $3.50 but at this point it isn't about the money but rather the way that they handled their business. If there is a sign that states a price they can not just change it because they feel like it. That is dishonest and disrespectful. I would also hope that there they do not get caught doing this again and that through receiving this complaint they will know not to.
