We are responding here with regarding your two letters dated and 19th, which were sent to one of our stores, Load-n-Lock Storage located in North Highlands, and just received here yesterday in our Home OfficeWe have read Mr***' complaint and reviewed the facts with our managers which
differ significantly from his statement to you.On January 6th, our manager was doing a routine daily lock check and found Mr***' storage unit without a lock on itHe called Mr*** who came out and looked in his unit and stated that it appeared someone has gone through his belongingsThe manager told him that if he thought any items were missing to call the police and make a police report, which Mr*** declined to doAt no time then nor since has Mr*** reported to the manager that any items, much less those listed in his complaint were goneMr*** took a lock out of his pocket and put it on his unit and left.The manager also stated that when Mr*** moved in, he rode into the facility on a bicycle with a small trailer attached behind it and all items stored in the small 5'x10' unit were taken from the trailerTo our knowledge, Mr*** does not own a car and has always ridden a bike in our facilityHis storage unit is in a hallway that is kept locked and opened only when one of the tenants storing inside requests access to his/her unitHallway units are normally considered a little safer than the outside units.Incidentally, we've recently received complaints from other tenants that Mr*** has harassed them and they are afraid of himHe has been warned by our managers to stay out of the hallways in other buildings and to leave the other tenants aloneFor your records, his phone number is no longer in service and the address you have listed is different from the one we have on file.Sincerely,*** ** ***

Review: I stored a 50 in ch t.v., laptop computer, Toshiba stereo, sell- all important papers birth certificate, 6 fishing poles 1 tackle box - tools totalling $1500 all cookware - they damaged dresser night stand with scratches. $700 for cannibas light (medical purpose) I have a medical card. Clothing, the total cost $4500.00. Please note that the "release of liability was not explained to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company too pay for my loss because I stored my items with them and they are responsible for them.
