15 months ago on 9/4/15 and 9/18/15. The core policy is that we deduct 10% per month starting 30 days after purchase. He was called on several occasions as late as August 25, 2016 to ask for the cores to be returned to us. We were told he might have someone else buying them, and we never heard back from him until now. This is the same policy we have for all our customers. In an attempt to resolve this, we offered to buy these outright at double the rate we usually pay. We were trying to be nice and still offer him full price in August even though he shouldn't be getting that. He still did not send them back. He is incorrect to say our customer service people do not know the policy. They are all aware of the policy and tell every customer when they call them. This customer got warranty paper work with this on it. He is correct to say it was not on the invoice, but it is on the website and also in other paperwork he got with the order. Since then, the value of the core has gone down. We make our business on getting these back on time. It holds business back when we do not get these back on time.

At no time did their rep (Pete) say or email anything about limitations on the return of their cores. On August 18 @ 10:21 am they called one time to have the cores returned to them at full price. I asked them if they were willing to pay any more than the [redacted] and they said they would only pay the [redacted] for each. I responded one minute later to [redacted] email and let him know I understood and would get back to him. At no time did he or anyone at Loader Parts Source say anything about time limitations or reduced prices for cores. I also still have the voice mail from their rep Pete from August and it says nothing about any time restrictions on returns. I would be happy to provide this recorded voice mail. Based on this response it is clear to me they are willing to out right lie about communications (e.g. "He was called on several occasions" and "tell every customer when they call them") and I would be more than happy to provide the voice mail from Pete, a copy of the invoice and all call records from August to verify they are falsifying records.

If we follow that policy rule, he would only be getting [redacted] So we are more then doubling what he should be getting. We have tried to get this resolved with him.

This is an out right lie. I have a screenshot from their website showing they are paying [redacted] for the cores currently. They never included any warranty paper work as I have stated repeatedly. The only paperwork ever sent to me was the invoice via email. Loader parts source owes me the full [redacted] for each core as they stated in their voicemail from Pete in August and their invoice clearly states. I want my money refunded in full and to be done with this. This is such horrible service
