Review: I placed an order on Aug 15th. I needed the item soon as I am leaving on a trip and need it. I paid an extra $34 for priority shipping. I received a confirmation email. I am still awaiting a email saying the item was or has been shipped. I could login to their website to track my order on the 16th of Aug and now when I try to it says that I never created an account. Everything about this company and order is now screaming FRAUD, since I can no longer login to check the status cannot get a email from them and or locate a phone number on their website to call them and talk to them first hand about this issue. I do not like that I paid for priority shipping and it has not been shipped. The only good thing as of now is that my credit card has not been used yet but I feel my info and Identity is now in jeopardy because of this.Desired Settlement: I would like the order to be 1 CANCELED, 2 that the company get flagged for future business of others using their site, and 3 that I can be reassured that my info and identity has not been stolen.
