Incident Report:
12.20.19 : I went to LoafNJug Hathaway-Galley for gas up at around 12:09:04 pm. I inserted my debit card at Pump 2 and the machine was showing FUELING but there's no gas coming out. I immediately went inside and told the guy named Shane that there is no gas and I am worried that I was charged by that.He said, the pump machine has an issue and that I need to make a prepay payment. I requested for $14 for my car to make it full tank from half filled tank. He gave me the receipt for $14 and then my gas up was then done. (Receipt amount to $14 by Shane, Galley Rd dated 12.20.19 at 12:09)
12.23.19: Today, upon checking of my ENT bank, there are two charges for 12.20.19 $14.00 and another $60.00. I then printed the charges and immediately go to Galley Loaf N JUg.
I queued long with the customers and talk to Tina on my line. I immediately informed her of the incident and charges. She said, she cant go back to the machine since It was three days ago. I told her if there is any way she can check with the person assigned on that day. She said the protocol is to give the telephone number to dispute the charges and that is the procedure. She then asked me to wait for her to give the number after she is done with the customers on line. I ask her if she has on her hand the number so I can call while I was there. She said NO. I then waited for her to give me the telephone number. I am really confuse because this kind of dispute will take a long time and its Christmas and I need my money too. . I ask her if there is a way where they can match and check the gas metered against the charges. She said again that there is no way but to call the number. I asked her if she can give me the contact number of the gas company. She said, you can check the pump and there is a number there. I ask her does she have it so I can call. She said I don't have and you can check the machine by yourself. She is mean and nasty and telling me that she already did her part, giving me the number of the credit card to dispute. She keep on telling me that I am not leaving the store and that she is talking to me for 30 minutes.
COMPLAINT: Can you please check your camera and footage of how she manage to assist the customer on this kind of mistake? She even told me that I was there in the store in 12.20.19 and that the charges was made in 12.20.19. I repeated to her that Yes, I was here but not the date 12.21.19 from the bank statement (Saturday) because I am at home and sick and I never use my debit card on 12.21.19 but 12.20.19 for Loaf N Jug.
Ive been a regular customer of Loaf N Jug Galley road because my office is only few blocks away and I used to buy other stuffs there with the other old lady who is very nice and calm and pleasant. This nasty lady was an opposite. I also heard her talking to the manager that I never leave the store and waiting for her and that she is already done on her part! OMG, she ask me to wait, finish the QUEUE and then went outside to look for the gas station number at the pump which there is nothing there. I keep on looking the gas contact number to and from but I never seen any single contacts except the number of the LNJ store.
Another Complain: Please tell your staff Tina not to lie and create such wrong information to your manager that I am not leaving the store. I was there waiting for a sound pleasant answer but NIL.
Please contact undersigned and complainant and let me know how the camera results. I might be looking and sound frustrated because of the charges but I am really pissed of of how your staff gesture and way of communication to your regular customers.
I hope this incident report will resolve the issue and the wrong charges as well. I already showed and confirmed to her with the Loaf N Jug receipt, $14 dated 12.20.19 card ending XXXX and the wrong charges of $60 12.20.19 card XXXX that was showing in my bank bank statement. Thank you.

It was a little after midnight stopped to get a few things and took the wrapper off my straw and put it on the counter, like I have many times and have never been told to take my wrapper off the counter and told to throw it in the garbage can outside the door, I almost was going to leave and take my business elsewhere. I have spent alot of money in this loaf and jug and have never been treated like this before. I will not do anymore of my business at this store. The workers before this shift were great. He is one of the rudest clerks that I have dealt with.

I am writing to you today with a HUGE concern in regards to an interaction that I had with one of your store employees on Sunday, 1/25/14 at approximately 12:30 to 12:40 p.m. - I do apologize preemptively that I do not have his name, however, I am certain that you can look at the schedule for the day and after further investigation into my concern, you will easily be able to identify him. I would be able to easily identify him visually as well. I entered your store while on a 10 mile walk (approximately 8 miles in) as I was feeling very weak and thirsty. Not expecting to run out of the water that I brought with me on my walk nor expecting it to be 70 degrees on a winter day I walked into your store and politely approached the counter and asked this individual if he could please provide me with a "water cup" small solo cup, something so that I could just get a drink of water (I have done this many times at several of your locations and never been turned down but that is neither here nor there)...I spend hundreds or more dollars in your store on a monthly basis on gas, snacks, drinks, coffee...you name it and will never ever again enter one of your stores due to my interaction with this young gentleman today. As I entered and asked him for a small cup he explained that Loaf n Jug no longer gives out a small free cup for water, etc. while telling me this he smirked and laughed as he apparently though it was funny that I was thirsty and wanted a drink of water - as I reiterated and clarified his response and stated "you don't just have a small cup that I can fill in your sink" he laughed at me again and said...that's what I said and it
