I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of the case timeline and where he stopped by not finishing a job he was hired to completeAlso, he did not serve all the defendants and I could not file a default on Defendants We will find out in court August 30thHe has been served, sent certified mail and now confirming he is awareHe is going to try to get out of going to court
