I took a loan with Loanaway, and a few months later, my financial situation took a turn for the worse They are not interested in working with you, they do not care the situation I was forced to go into Credit Counselling to try and get my affairs in order and continue making payments to my other debt holders, but Loanaway will NOT work with them
I have been berated, even called a criminal They do not care the circumstance, even though I am still willing to make payments and to pay my entire loan I am not trying to be let off one red cent, I just cannot pay the amount I had previously been paying

I had missed a few payments and then paid it all back then months later I get a e.ail stating I owed over in "arrears" and that they would take it on these dates on top of my weekly paymentSo of course as someone who paid back what he owed I was very surprised that all the sudden I owed this money and that even though I had a payment plan months back to pay back what I owed that no one noticed these "arrears"I told them I have all the emails communicating with their office that shows them telling me I'm caught up
Cinvienenlty the guy I made these plans with and paid back doesn't work there any more and they magically noticed all these "arrears"
These people do not know what they are doing and have zero customer service priorities
Stay as far away from this company as you can. They constantly [redacted] you at work , even when asked to call at home or email. I have been [redacted] at, [redacted] and actually have them go to boss email before they get hold of me. I provided them with home numbers and cell numbers and they [redacted] saying I always avoid them. I fell behind on one payment, and they continued to put payments through causing multiple nsf charges causing a bigger debt, they work in no way to help you to resolve. Most [redacted] group of persons I have ever dealt with, [redacted].
Biggest mistake I ever made was to get a loan from them, and most consolidation loans companies ,say loan away won,t work with them to resolve issues with clients ,. Loan away prefers the customer deal with them directly.Lmao!
Paying them off as quick as I can, and trying to spread the news of these [redacted] individuals.

Before going ahead with my loan I had researched the company and these negative reviews. First I would like to say that I have had the total opposite results than all theses reviews. I submitted my application and the money was in my account the next day. I believe it is more of a user issue than a business issue as I have read over the contract and asked questions before signing. As for the 14 month hold on funds; when taking out a loan it is your responsibility to find out if the load in secure or unsecured. Secure would mean a few things, either a hold on the money or you have collateral they can take. All forms can also be submitted through their website portal as well with all loan information. I will see if they will withdraw money from my account that wasn't approved before hand then I will update this.

If I could show you the nasty emails this man sent me.PLEASE I BEG YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not worth it.
[redacted] HAD THE WORST AGENT HER N AME IS JOYCELYN A.H. SHE IS A ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE AGENT SHE HAD THE WORSE ATTITUDE [redacted] . PAYING WAY TO MUCH FOR SERVICE FEE AND INSURANCE AND GETTING LITTLE BACK IN RETURN !!
