Hi, I took a loan with Loan Away and I never missed a paymentI finally had my first missed payment and I tried to make a payment with the Senior Accounts Recieveable John DHe treated me like dirtIf I could show you the nasty emails this man sent me.PLEASE I BEG YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYThey are not worth it
[redacted] HAD THE WORST AGENT HER N AME IS JOYCELYN A.HSHE IS A ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE AGENT SHE HAD THE WORSE ATTITUDE [redacted] PAYING WAY TO MUCH FOR SERVICE FEE AND INSURANCE AND GETTING LITTLE BACK IN RETURN !!
Before going ahead with my loan I had researched the company and these negative reviewsFirst I would like to say that I have had the total opposite results than all theses reviewsI submitted my application and the money was in my account the next dayI believe it is more of a user issue than a business issue as I have read over the contract and asked questions before signingAs for the month hold on funds; when taking out a loan it is your responsibility to find out if the load in secure or unsecuredSecure would mean a few things, either a hold on the money or you have collateral they can takeAll forms can also be submitted through their website portal as well with all loan informationI will see if they will withdraw money from my account that wasn't approved before hand then I will update this
