Review: I have paid this loan company more than the loan was for and they are asking for more. I'm currently under employed and not able to pay 3x what I boroowed.Desired Settlement: To except what I have paid to this point as full payment of this loan

Review: I have never received a loan from this company and nor have I ever received any notices from this company about being past due and what was owed. I now have a third party company trying to collect on this supposed debt that is owed and when they emailed me information on the settlement sheet they have my name but no where near the correct address. I don't know if this collection is legitimate. The original company should have contacted me if I owed them money so I could resolve this issue if it is legitimate.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive information on the original loan

Review: A company calling themselves Legal Outsourcing is calling my work and cell saying that I gave Loan Point USA the wrong debit information and I'm to call them immediately or be served papers.Desired Settlement: Stop calling me. I do not have a loan with this place. I have never heard of either of them.

Review: After reviewing my credit report this company reported that I owe a loan that was taken out in 2007. I have never received a loan from this company. They have my personal information as well as banking information. All contact information for them is wrong. Their website has no contact information and all listed phone numbers are either other companies that have filed complaints or just do not exist. The collection company they use only argues with you that you owe the balance and the only resolution is to file a police report for fraud.Desired Settlement: To have the collection account removed from my credit report.
