My husband and I bought a truck from these guys a little over a year agoCisco, the dealer, would not let us look at the car fax and had guaranteed us that it was a clean truck(I know that alone should have been a red flag) Keep in mind this was my husband and my first time buying a vehicleThese individuals took advantage of usSince we had the truck it has broken down times due to mechanical failuresWe also found out that this truck was programmed beyond belief which also caused damage to the internals of the truckCisco and John never once mentioned this( My husband and I definitely would have walked away if they told us)John, the finance guy, did poorly with our loan, as I came to find out later, we were stuck with a 15% interest rate! That's ridiculous! The truck was worth maybe grand on a good day, but these guys covered this truck just right and slapped bandaids all over the damages to push for They sold me a lemon! No warranties eitherSold it as isI made the mistake of trusting these guys and now I'm stuck surrendering a truck I can't afford to repair because these guys neglected to tell me of the underlying issuesI just don't want anyone else to fall for thisThis is my life lesson and during the holidays no betterI will never recommend these guys ever againDon't go here!

We live about hours awaySo I messaged to see if they still had a vehicle that was advertised at about $7,The salesman Greg (really nice guy) called me back and verified that they did have that vehicleWe did a quick application and was approvedSo we drove there, checked car out, took it for a drive, and came back and asked if they would lower price some cause we knew it was going to need tiresThey refused to because they said they had just lowered itI'm like ok we can respect thatI dealt with all the finances and stuffMy husband will tell you he makes the money and I do the restWhile I was getting insurance put on the vehicle in one room they had him in another room signing papersSo we gave them a $3,deposit and left with the vehicleThis month my husband and I decided to get it financed through our bankIn the process of getting our bank the vin number and all that stuff, I discovered that they charged us up front with out the ttl involved almost $9,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Before I submitted the complaint, I went to the dealershipThe man rudely got up and said he wasn't dealing with meI wasn't rude, nor did I use foul languageI asked a lot of questions trying to figure out why they can't cancel the deal knowing that we asked them to wait until Monday to go forward with the dealI've tried calling the dealership multiple times and no one answersThe finance company they said they financed us with has yet to call and when I have called they can't find out application using both mine and my fiancé's name and social security number.

I filled out a lease application for a rental house in *** *** this morningShortly thereafter, I received a credit alert from *** *** my bank and credit monitoring service, notifying me that Loan Star Motors made a hard inquiry against my credit for a loanI tried contacting LSM, but the owner and manager was said to be unavailableAfter continuing to research, I learned that Lone Star Motor's owner also owns the rental propertyThe owner used his Auto dealership to inquire about my credit without consent
