We checked the address provided against our system and removed [redacted]'s address--she might receive one more letter as they are preprinted but there wouldn't be any others after that. We informed [redacted] that her address was removed from our database.

I apologize that you had a bad experience.  I found you in our database and removed your record.  Please keep in mind you may get one more mailer as they are printed weeks in advance.  I could not find your request to be removed from the list but we really try to be diligent about...
