I received a loan back in May for some services at *** in *** **The amount of the loan was incorrectThe place where I purchased the loan from, ***, provided a credit of $back to Loan Hero in July so that it could be passed thru and applied to my accountThey never didIn August 2016, Loan Hero transferred my loan to *** *** (never notified me that this was being done) haven't never applied the credit to my accountI have contacted ***, who in turn contacted Loan HeroThey never responded to themThey have also never responded to me eitherThey continue to make claims to *** that it will be corrected but so far in Sept is never hasI have in writing that I'm due the credit from Loan Hero but they still have not applied it to my account
