This individual has received immediate follow up via email as that is the only form of communication at this time She was provided with information on her loan, which she insisted had been paid off, even though she still has one year left before the loans matures She was also instructed as to how to request a payoff and that an effective date would be required, as well as the the instructions as to how to proceed with the request and the process following the request with regard to how to pay the loan off (i.esending in a check - the instructions as to where to send the check would be included on the payoff) She was also informed that she could pay her lender directly and her her lender could contact us to let us know that the loan was paid in full She has been rude, her language has been offensive and she has been uncooperative All of the information regarding fees to which she refers in her complaint is included in her original agreement with [redacted] from None of the information should be new information to her She has also been referred to the website (www.loankin.com) for more information and to log into her online account, which she refuses to do We provided her with her original note and her original amortization schedule, which she ignored, as proof of the terms of her loan It is understandable that she is frustrated in trying to attempt to get a mortgage; however, her inability to get a mortgage is not the fault of LoanKin We do not hold her loan in any way shape or form Her lender holds her loan She has been referred back to her lender who can release her from her loan if her lender so chooses Her lender can also provide her future mortgagor with any information on her loan Her lender has been copied on all correspondence, but has apparently chosen to stay quiet This borrower has no basis whatsoever in her complaint
