We have discussed in detail LoanNow’s Identity verification process and the
reason the client was not able to obtain personal information via emailThe
client felt that LoanNow was not taking immediate action on their file but
LoanNow’s records indicate that our agents have made over attempts to reach
the client via phone to discuss his loanThe client didn’t feel comfortable
discussing the loan details on the phone and only wanted email correspondence
We can appreciate the client’s request but LoanNow also has protocols in place
to help prevent potential fraudulent activity, which may include a requirement
of some verbal communication with a consumerOnce LoanNow was able to verify
the client’s identity over the phone the loan was approvedFrom loan
origination to funding the entire process was business daysLoanNow
acknowledges that due to unforeseen verification issues this loan took longer
than our turnaround time and we sincerely apologize to the client for
the wait time.
