*** was funded on 8/15/and successfully made her automatic draft payments through 11/30/Our first contact with Ms*** was received 11/when she requested a payoff amountOur customer service rep advised her of the payoffamount for 12/4, including her payment that was scheduled for the next dayMs*** then got upset in regards to how her payments were being allocatedOur customer service rep advised her these terms are clearly stated on her loan contract and then offered to send her an additional copy for her recordsMs*** declined and requested to speak with a supervisorMs*** was transferred to the team manager, *** ***, where the loan terms were once again explained to her in detailMs*** then placed *** on holdThe call was dropped with a text received from Ms*** stating "I'm sorry I had a family emergency.” *** had a representative contact Ms*** the following day who, once again, gave the payoff amountMs*** acknowledged the amount and called in on 12/to pay off her accountIn summary, an accurate payoffamount was given to Ms*** multiple times by different Loantopia representatives upon requestShe was upset in regards to the dollar amount and how her payments were allocated, even though these items are stated clearly on her signed loan contractThere is no record of the borrower contacting our office before 11/29/both by our records and her own account of the event, therefore, after careful consideration, Loantopia will not be refunding any interest back to Ms***.Feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions or concerns

I have evidence that I contacted their office on in August right after I made the loanThere are more customers complaining about not having access to their account as wellI will provide the evidence that I attempted to contact the company on several occasions in August I have no problem with paying this loan off, I had an issue with them not knowing how to calculate the daily interest and giving me the run aroundI will provide my phone records for August, its interesting that me calling in August wasn't documentedWhen I attempted to call I was given the run around saying they couldnt find my recordsAgain I know the ramifications of doing a high interest loan, however you owe it to the customer to be able to pay these loans off in a reasonable manner and not cost time
