I sent an email inquiring about my loan status on 12/08/since my loan was supposed to close on this dateI received a call back from MrH*** on 12/15/on which he stated Loanwise could no longer honor the rate I had locked because time had expiredMrH*** could not tell me why my loan was unable to close at that timeHe did state he would escalate the issue to his supervisor in order to determine why the loan had not closedI did not receive any calls from a Loan wise representative on 12/16/or 12/19/

I was initially hooked by the low refinance rates and in the end - I'm glad to be where I'm at Thanks to Loanwise, but there are many more gray hairs on my head due to the process; with the delays in answering emails and deadlines being missed I was consistently chasing someone for an answer Even today, I'm waiting for an answer on a form and tried three different forms of contact and the only brief response is through their Facebook page I've worked hard for my savings
