We went back Sat 3-17-18 + remove 3" nails that didn't take hold from the start.  Replace with 1 1/2 screws Left note behind + nail to show owner.We needed warm temp. to remove siding + fix. Cold weather will crack J-channel.Barry L.

Review: Lobbs roofing installed new roof on my home in [redacted] on 4/20/2012. The township permit was issued on same day . Permit# 120080 Now two years later, I have water leaking around chimney, where the flashing on the garage roof is also leaking & water spots on Master Bedroom on the 2nd Floor. I called Barry L[redacted] over two months ago & he stated that he would call me back. Two weeks went by & no call back. Again I called him & asked him when he would come to see the damage. At this point I told him that if he were to come to my home to bring his tools & a ladder. Barry hung up the phone on me.

On Friday , Oct 31,2014 again I called Barry @ Lobbs Roofing. He stated that he would call me next Tuesday or Wed. He has not called back & obviously will not honor his warranty on the roof. At this time, I have leaks in the roof & he refuses to repair the leaks.Desired Settlement: To repair all flashing issues on the roof, chimney flashing & leaking conditons.
