This customer purchased their product on 11/20/On that day, our representative verified with the customer the terms of the loan, customer address, customer phone number, and that the customer wanted a statement for paymentsThis customer has been sent two statements so far to the address she verified with us, which is the same address that she listed on her complaintWe would be willing to waive the late fee for this customer if she brings her account current

Belmont Finance provided the funds for this customer to purchase their Pro-Aqua SystemIn return this customer agreed to honor the terms of their contract with usWe are a separate company from Far & Wide Distributing IncWe do not service the products that we help people financeWe have attempted to assist this customer by providing the contact information they need for any concerns regarding the product, but the customer refused to accept the informationWe will continue trying to contact this customer regarding their loan with Belmont Finance, LLC
Ms [redacted] has failed to provide any evidence that she returned the Pro-Aqua to Central Pro-Aqua within the day cancellation periodTo reiterate from the previous response, Ms [redacted] confirmed the terms of her contract and debt with Belmont Finance after the three day cancellation periodOn 07/03/we received an e-mail from Ms [redacted] informing us that she would be working with a debt consolidation companyThis was months after she signed the contract with Belmont Finance, LLCIt was not until 06/24/that any claim of "debt" was raised by Ms [redacted] Until any documents or statement by Central Pro-Aqua confirming Ms [redacted] 's claims can be produced, we will continue to consider this a valid debt and continue to attempt collection

I am rejecting the proposal due to the fact that Belmont hasn't acknowledged that something is wrong with Kirby, yes the contract was until July 1st, but it was already told to the sales representative that the contract was null since the product was unwantedThe property was left behind and then the payments were subtracted after it was told to Kirby that the product would not be keptPlus it was misled to believe that the representative would come back to acquire the propertyWe can't get in touch with Kirby and cancel because they won't answer back.
