We hear [redacted] ***'s complaint and feel for any unfortunate inconveniencesWe do hundreds of repairs and have never had an issue and in fact have a high rating in the cell phone repair industry.We strive to keep to regular hours, however we do repairs on the road going to rural parts of New Mexico to assist people that cannot make it in to our shopAlso, as fledgling business owners, wedo have second jobs to make ends meet when business is slow.With that said, we have come to a resolution with Mr [redacted] of a refundMr [redacted] expressed concern that we as a repair shop should have parts in stockWith so many makes and models of phone, tablets, phablets and devices containing thousands of various parts, it would be impossible to anticipate what parts to have on handWe do our very best as a small business to carry the parts most neededFor the parts we do not carry, as in the case of Mr***'s phone, we must order and wait for parts to arrive.Customer service is the most important part of our business and that is reflected in the way we handle every person that walks into our shopThere are many times that we help out customers on issues they experience on their devices and most of the time we do those as a service to the community at largeIn other words we take the time to help out gratis.It is with pleasure we serve our customers across the state of New MexicoIf we may ever be of service, feel free to contact us at ###-###-#### or our easy to remember number of [redacted]

Thursday 3/the iPhone was dropped off to be worked onWe replaced the earpiece told customarily should take an hour3Hrs later we left to work the next days at other jobFriday Saturday SundayMonday I was in shop til at there was a notification on Facebook that the customer was trying to reach outI left a message to contact me by email (didn't want to give personal number over FacebookOnce I received the email the phone was returned

I am rejecting this response because: you never notified the customer advising they could not pick up there phone that day or on any other business day that the business listed as days of being open The parts needed for repair were order before the repair date The phone was not repaired 100%The phone still has a broken speaker, switch that's not working and a display screen that's not working either All issues with the phone were listed prior to repair including deposits placed to have parts orderedNow the phone needs to be brought back to still have work completed after the store had it for days A repair company should have replacement parts in stock and the phone should be fixed the first time around And the business should return customers voice mailsNot have the customer track down the company on Facebook

I am rejecting this response because:This company never fixed my cell phone. They held it hostage for several days. They offered in a previous complaint to send me a money order for the amount they charged my credit card. Till this day nothing has been sent to me in the form of a money order. They are liars and scammers. They did not live up to there promise in there last complaint filed.I want the refund sent to me for every dime we paid on both credit cards. If this is not sent with in 7 days. I will have to fill a law suit against the company as well as contact the attorney general.
