Review: I have asked this company, via email, on two different occasions (09/13/2014 and 01/16/2015) to remove my wife's name, my name, and our address from their mailing list.

they obviously could care less about my request since yesterday september 18th we received another of their unwanted and unsolicited mailings.

I find it quite unprofessional that a company who doesn't want to talk with people with less than $250,000 in assets sees fit to ignore a legitimate request.

(i suspect their behavior is even worse when they get the $$$$.)

anyway, i'm hoping Revdex.com will be able to assist me in stopping these annoying solicitations.

I have enclosed a copy of both emails and a copy of their most recent 'offering'.

September 22nd, 2015 Dear Ms. [redacted], We have been Revdex.com members with an impeccable record for nearly 14 years. We have an A+ rating at the Revdex.com. We take our rating, and our reputation in the community, very seriously. Please be aware that we retain a third party to manage our mailings. We were under the impression that the company had removed Mr. [redacted]’s and Ms. [redacted]’s names from its database and were disappointed to learn that Mr. [redacted]’s previous request had not been honored. Nonetheless, we have redoubled our efforts to ensure that the matter is addressed immediately. Please let us explain how our mass mailings work: Our seminar invitations and mailings are generated by a vendor in [redacted]. Lobo & Pascale Wealth Management, LLC does not generate, compile, or derive these lists. We have no input as to how they are created or compiled. We also have limited control over the mailing lists themselves. Rather, we pay the mailing company to contact households within certain zip codes for the respective events. However, Lobo & Pascale has a strict procedure in place to inform the vendor when someone wants to be placed on a Do Not Mail list. We also maintain our own Do Not Mail List. Each time we host a seminar, we send the vendor an updated list of such requests. To give you some perspective, we have sent over 1 million invitations to the public over the last 14 years. This is the first complaint that we have received about someone not being removed from the list as requested. We contacted our vendor within 15 minutes of receiving your email. We received confirmation from the vendor that they received our request. However, they indicated that if there is a misspelled name or if the requested listing does not exactly match their listing (in this case, for example: [redacted] vs. [redacted]), occasionally names will remain on the mailing list. As we do not have anything to do with the actual mailings themselves, this is somewhat out of our control. We have made every good faith effort to have this listing removed. If Mr. [redacted] still has a copy of the piece of mail he received, please contact him and have him provide us with it so we can forward it to our vendor. We hope that this concludes this matter.
