Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [This consumer response was received by Revdex.com via email.]Hello [redacted] Below, you’ll find my response to KPiteo Photography, after which I will consider the matter to be resolvedThank you.What MsP [redacted] sent was a screenshot of her supposed email correspondence which, as I’ve already pointed out in my prior reply, appears to be forgedThe multiple other Revdex.com complaints against her further support my claim of the lack of integrity with which she operates her business.In response to her inquiry regarding my email service provider Attached are screenshots from Spectrum, my ESP, where you can clearly see that no email was received to my roadrunner email address from MsPiteo on September I’m also providing screenshots of my Junk and Deleted folders to prove that her email isn’t in either of them.I have contacted Groupon and, while they will not provide a refund for this purchase, they did agree to allow me to trade in the value of this Groupon voucher for another voucherIt’s not 100% satisfactory, but it’s an agreeable resolution on behalf of GrouponAnd while MsP [redacted] has provided absolutely no offer of resolution for her poor business conduct, I choose to close this Revdex.com case to save myself the time and trouble involved in the resolution process Regards, [redacted]

My photographer made it aware that she went above and beyond the discussed time frameWe charged an EXTREMELY reasonable price and turned over exceptional wedding photosAbout a week after the wedding, I started to get harassed by not only the client but about of her family members(I had
about missed calls in a row from her sister, which I have documented) I was being trashed on social media (enough for *** to flag is at threatening/harassment and it was taken down immediately) They received their photos in a timely matter - I tell all my clients to allow about a month for the return of their photosIn this case, I believe they received the photos exactly days and month past their wedding date

My statements are 100% factual and trueI have saved the call logs from her family members as well as the harassment on social mediaThe "services rendered" were beyond expectations as I charged below my rates as a favor to the clientA contract was sent, I have a copy of the disclosed contract if needed for reviewI don't not intend on furthering this business to client relationship further but I also don't deserved to be accused of such accusations from this clientAs you can see from my website, social media and my reviews, I go above and beyond for customer satisfaction and that is what keeps me in business today!

I am sorry you feel that you had a poor experienceThe photos I took on your wedding were truly amazing picturesNot only did I arrive on time for this event but I also included TWO extra hours of coverage at the end of the night because they were running behind scheduleI can assure they have
all the photos that were taken on the day of the wedding, including the first kiss! I am very professional and unfortunately there will be unhappy clients who will bash my company and my integrity!

I never had any correspondence from this clientI went through all my emails and voicemails and haven't received any inquiryI apologize for the inconvenience although I contacted *** *** and it looks like they were completely refunded for their *** *** voucher
