I have reviewed her complaint and discussed with the staff involved, we at Loc Lov feel she is definitely entitled to her refund for the color...

service only due to her allergic reaction. Her color service was $75, her other services, which were $100 and consisted of a shampoo, conditioner and style will not be refunded. The only issue with the service was the color, once it is applied, permanent color cannot be shampooed out of hair regardless of whether it is chemical based or organic. There was nothing more we could do as a salon for her allergic reaction, she followed the proper protocol, which was to visit the doctor. When I spoke with her and asked her how did she want us to handle it, she requested another appointment so in our attempt to set that up there was no available times for the slots she asked for. That upset her more after having to deal with the allergy so I am now happy that she found a solution that would satisfy her needs. We are more than willing to refund her color service and hope that she finds a salon that can provide her with all that she is looking for.I look forward to hearing back from The Revdex.com so that I can move forward with [redacted] request.Best Regards, Zeenat W. & The Loc Lov Team
