[redacted] came and gave us an estimate. He was running late by 30 min and still called us to let us know his situation. When he arrived, he was meticulous. He even reviewed other areas of concern that we pointed out. We ended up paying him on the spot since he solved our problem. The price was reasonable and we gladly paid it. We will have them come back to do some other areas of concern. We recommend [redacted] and Eco without reservation.

I found a rv online and called them about it and my trade. After long conversations I gave them all the details on my trade-in. They made me an offer which I accepted. Then I gave them my credit card numbers (all this over the phone as I live a long way away. I set up a pickup date and was told that my email confirmation was on the way in the form of a contract to sign and return.
1/2 later I was called back and told they had mis-figured my trade and they wanted $1,000.00 plus tax more! They did apologize but that is not the same as giving the agreed upon price.

The tech ([redacted]) arrived right on time and wasted no time getting to work. Our ceiling fan was installed correctly in a minimal amount of time and has worked properly ever since. He was polite and friendly throughout and I will hire this company again when it comes time to replace my outdoor patio ceiling fan later in the summer.

I first had them out to add a few outside outlets to my recently purchased home. They arrived promptly for the estimate, and again to do the work. The person that did the estimate arrived along with the electricians to make sure that they understood what I wanted. The work was done quickly and perfectly.

The following week, I had purchased a fountain to be placed outside near one of the outlets that they had installed for me. The company that was installing the fountain stated that they needed the outlet to be a few inches lower than it was installed. I called ECO, and they got someone right out to move the outlet for me. I am a very pleased customer.
