I'm not sure when this complaint was issued since the refund check was cashed by Ms [redacted] on 7/13/After mailing the original refund and having it returned a second refund was issued and ultimately cashedI also assured Ms [redacted] that if she were not to receive the second refund check, we could do a credit card refund, which she had originally declined
