I am being asked to pay for advertising which I never authorized.
I received an invoice from Local City Pages dated November 15, 2016 stating that I owe $561.41 to them for advertising. I ignored the invoice as I am a small business and there would be no reason for me to purchase online advertising. I received a phone call on April 16, 2018 from "Steven" who is with a collection agency representing Local City Pages. My file had been sent to them for non-payment and if I did not pay this would go on my credit report.
I do not want to be contacted by this business. I want to make certain that nothing is reflected on a credit report. I want to be certain that there is no online advertising taking place concerning my business.

Local Pages cancelled and closed the account.
I am receiving emailed invoices and calls demanding payment for a 'Business Listing' but I have never requested services from this business.
I received an emailed invoice from this business stating "Your company has been taken off our database and once we receive the closing payment of $461.41, this will allow us to terminate your account at which point you will no longer hold any commitment to our corporation. If you have any further questions or comments please do not hesitate to call in regards to this matter." I have also received many calls requesting payment. The Local City Pages' address listed on the invoice is a UPS mailbox location.
I have never signed up for or requested services from Local City Pages and I want them to remove me from their contact list.

Collection call for Advertising we did not order
I just received a phone call from *** @ Account Collect Agency, stating that we owe Local City Pages $497.00, and that since we refuse to pay they have turned it to collection. He is giving us a chance to pay with a credit card to keep it from going to collection. He gave me the last four numbers of our business checking account. I said well if in fact I gave you my account number why didn't you put it thru if I authorized this? He said he was not given permission. I am VERY suspicious with this as I would never have authorized the advertising or given our bank account number, as I only pay bills by check, and I don't authorize anyone to pull money out.
I do not want this to go to collection and harm our credit rating. I DID NOT authorize this.
The collection guy first said it was Local Media Pages, when I tried to locate them he then said it was Local City Pages. Wen only advertise locally and on our own web site.
I want them to cancel any and all advertising, this is not authorized. I also want to make sure there is NO collection claims.

The reason I said no, is that it appears they are referring that I personally, *** did not have an account with them. The complaint was that *** Trade Center LLC., *** 6 & 50, Grand Junction,CO XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX, is who they called to say was turned over to this supposed collection company, "Account Collect Agency".
