owner of SYNERGY FLOORING GROUP INC.purchased two orders of our deck product in 2018.
Invoice #*** dated May 29 in the amount of $582.12 & invoice #*** dated June l2 in the amount of $3010.46 for a total of $3,592.58. Numerous attempts have been made by phone to collect this amount with promises to pay. On January l6,20l9 a letter was sent to his company address, and an e-mail was sent to *** advising him that if we did not receive payment in my
office by January 25, 20l9, that a report would be filed with the Revdex.com.
Product_Or_Service: deck products
Delivery We are hoping that when he is contacted by the Revdex.com, he will pay his overdue invoices rather that creating a poor report with them.
I apologize for the delay. We unfortunately had an unfavourable exit of our business partner (***, who had been dealing with this complaint) ***, so *** and myself had been out of the office to take care of family matters and unfortunately have had a-lot more on our plate the past month. I have an understanding from *** of what happened with this situation now and would like to pay this invoice and get this resolved to remain in good standing.
