Once they do not honer ther warranty after you have payed the bill if you contact them you get no return call and there rude and they ***

This company installed 2 new springs (paid $400)and 3 months later the garage door would not open. So after several phone calls to the owner, Danny, he sent out a different service technician who told me the original installer did not properly balance the springs. So he properly balanced and lubricated the springs and charged me $45 repair fee which should have been covered by the owner but he claimed they only provide 30 day warranties on labor which made no sense since their installer was negligent. 2 weeks later the garage door cables are making a loud sound as if they are going to snap so I call the owner 4 times only to find out he will not warranty his labor. Part of the issue with this company is that the owner uses third party garage door repairman and they essentially blame each other when someone goes wrong. This company should not be in the service business. They are indifferent to their customer's satisfaction and I can only give them an F grade.

Found this company online and called looking for an estimate to replace my garage doors. Office was very confused. Called and tried to send a technician to "fix" my doors. Called back and explained I do not need service I am just looking for a quote. Set up an appointment for 2 days later. Got a call that morning asking to come in the afternoon (when the appt was for the am). I explained that would not work and never mind, please cancel. Office called back and said they would send someone else that morning. Fine. Got here and ended up they could not install the type of door I was asking about as they do not sell them (when I was very specific with the office about what type of door I wanted), Tried to sell me other products (at much higher prices than other companies). When I declined, they charged me a service fee for coming out for the estimate! This was never mentioned when setting up the appt and I specifically asked the office if they do free estimates. The office seemed just focused on getting someone here, I guess because they wanted to $.
