Review: Bert sold me on the two different packages and convinced me of what you guys do with the higher priced package. I monitored to see if Bert was telling the truth, but what was offered and listed on the website the company did not complete in the end. They have now changed their website to reflect they are not doing the services that was offered in the past that I paid for. This is a typical bait and switch. They also removed the 90 day refund guarantee from their website as well. Bert then said they have never had a money back guarantee and that I so called signed a 4 month contract as well. That is a lie as well. Just to show how Bert is lying I can even prove that they did indeed have a 90 day money back guarantee on their website. This company has not done what they advertised they do. They did provide a business listing which was initially the $299 fee. I do feel they deserve the intial $299 which paid for that service. They did not do the other service which is the monthly package that I am paying for, so I would like a complete refund for those monthly fees for the last two months. I also requested from Molly that they send over all listings over to my [email protected] email so that I can own and edit my listings. Waiting on that from Molly. That Bert guy is a piece of work and he is hanging up the phone on me as well.Desired Settlement: Complete refund for March and April payment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9511481, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Yes, delete my complaint, because I had a misunderstanding on what they did and they were more than happy to refund me because of it. Great company to work with. Totally my fault.
