Please add to my following complaint: In the beginning, Znever informed me about VIP Party Group high prices ever! No one including [redacted] ever expressed that to me! Please add to following complaint: Zclaims I was argumentative over the phone, but I wasn't at allIn fact, I taped the entire conversation and can provide proof Please add to following complaint: Zsays they reached out to me but never did, I called them

This show advertises that are willing to help people during the Christmas holiday, by offering what they call "Christmas Wish" this allows them to give to the less fortunateHowever I find it very disheartening that they only give primarily to the Caucasians and LatinosYou very seldom hear about them helping African Americans, Filipinos and other cultures, which is strange because a vast of the music they play is by African American artistsBe I want them to be fair give to equally, not only whites and Hispanics have it rough but as do other culturesPrime example the granted a wish to a lady so that she can fly to see her family for the holidays there was no real need, she was not having financial hardship, she was battling illness, she was not even raising childrenI want to bring awareness to the racial profiling that takes place every time around this year with a station that has listeners of ALL cultures, this offends me and I'm Caucasian....this is utterly disappointing!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Regards,
[redacted] I was told 2,800 people signed up for Vip Party Group contest and 1,038 opted to receive more information. Now Z90 says "Over 3,1511 listeners signed up to win the trip and of those over a1,036 agreed to receive more information from VIP Party Group."Z90 never informed me about VIP Party Group high prices. It was okay, lets take her money.  I don't believe that many people signed up for contest due to length of timing its taking Z90 to provide me with results. I do believe Z90 would falsify contest results at this point. Therefore,  I'm requesting $2,500 spent on contest. I'm requesting $1,000 back for commercials because I approved one commercial, however Z90 made different commercials as to which I have proof.

Dear [redacted] and the Revdex.com,Thank you for investing your time and effort with helping to resolve this complaint.Local Media San Diego, LLC works diligently with our Clients on their advertising ventures and takespride in their successes.
We want to re-iterate these points:
• LMSD has a signed contract for lead generation contest scheduled from January 2015 through February 17, 2015. • LMSD offered multiple suggestions, above and beyond contractual obligations, to assist the Client to understand marketing and branding for a new business. • LMSD has approval in writing from the Client for the On Air commercial spots, prior to spots airing. • Leads from the lead generation contest were requested from Client on Saturday Feb. 14th. Client did not give LMSD reasonable time to respond to her request during regular business hours. Client showed up in Local Media San Diego office Monday morning, Feb. 16th, making complaints that LMSD did not respond to her requests nor provided Client with the leads. • Client refused to speak with the account executive, which could have helped her with obtaining the leads. Client was belligerent and disrespectful to any staff t hat attempted to assist her including the Receptionist, Promotion Assistance and Local Sales Manager.
The previous refund of $500 and all opt in leads offered by LMSD was due to the client closing herbusiness and pulling the campaign before it could run its scheduled program. LMSD did not falsify anyinformation on opt in lead generation or interested listeners who signed up for the VIP Trip to Vegas.Prices for the Trip to Vegas were set by the Client as stated in email correspondence provided in priorresponse from LMSD.Since the Client is unwilling to accept the previous refund, Local Media San Diego will revise thecompensation amount to $2,500 to cover the cost of the lead generation program. LMSD will nottransfer any leads to client "VIP Party Group".
Thank you very much for assisting in the completion of this complaint.
Respectfully,

March 20th, 2015Re: Complaint [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
I have researched the complaint referenced above from Ms. [redacted]. I had previously reached out to Ms. [redacted] todiscuss solutions with her, but she was argumentative and insisted on taping the call so I ended...

it.From the beginning of our discussions with Ms. [redacted], our radio station expressed doubts about the feasibility ofher promotion. We were concerned that the price point for the trip was too high, but she insisted on movingahead.I have included the letter of agreement she signed for the campaign. She contracted for a lead generationcampaign in which our listeners could register to win a trip for two on her bus tour to Las Vegas. All of the digitaland spot elements were sent to and approved by Ms [redacted] prior to the start of the campaign. (see e-mail dated
 January 11 , 2015.)
The sign-ups for the contest were very good. Over 3,1511 listeners signed up to win the trip and of those over a1,036 agreed to receive more information from VIP Party Group. Ms. [redacted] wanted to receive those opt-in e-mailsand agreed to invest another $750 to get the opt-in database. That additional investment included three e-mailblasts to this group. The stations sent one e-mail blast out, but the other two did not go out due to Ms. [redacted]cancelling the trip.
Local Media San Diego agrees to provide Ms. [redacted] with the data base. In addition, we will refund $500 for thetwo e-mail blasts that did not go out.
Local Media did everything we were contracted to do, except for the two e-mail blast referenced above, as well asprovide many additional recommendations to help make Ms. [redacted] campaign work. Ms [redacted] even referencedhow hard our Account Executive [redacted] worked in an e-mail on February I h.
I hope this explanation resolves this complaint and that Local Media San Diego remains in good standing with theRevdex.com of San Diego.

Review: I ripped off for 2,500 in email marketing including 1,000 on commercial marketing.Z90 and 92.5 took my money and gave me nothing. Starting with commercials the first commercial played was not approved by me. Z90 created an additional commercial and played it on radio without my approval. All commercial approvals were supposed to go through me first before being played. Z90 takes advantage of small business owners starting out! I spent 2,500 on email marketing I never received a receipt on. Two emails did not go out due to closing of VIP Party Group. Therefore, I'm demanding $500.00 back. I should not have to pay for something but get nothing. [redacted] told me I was supposed to receive copy of all list including information of people who signed up for VIP Party Group contest on Z90.com. I received nothing and they've given me no list. I've tried to talk with these people but they push me off and ignore me. If your new to the game they will take advantage of you.Winners were supposed to be picked but due to "0" ticket sales no winner could be picked. First [redacted] told me I could pick the winner. Later on informed me that I couldn't pick winner and only they could. If I spend $3,500 I should pick the winner not them.Desired Settlement: I want $1,000 back for messed up commercials. I want $500.00 back for emails I spent money on but did not get due to closing of VIP Party Group. I want my list including all information of people who've signed up for my contest.
