[redacted] is a very nice woman that I tried to make understand exactly what happenedIt is my opinion that she made a mistake by ordering more equipment than she needed.All of the wedding guests fit on one bus but she felt that the second bus never showed upThe buses were on site as they were supposed to beWe have the GPS data to back it up and I offeredher that dataI’ve been over this a number of times with this woman onShe never expressed what she thought she was entitled to, and after numerous discussions on the phone with her thematter was resolved in my mindThe assumptions she made were not accurate and in our years of business we have never been anything but straight forward with our clientsIf we error, weadmit it, and make it right.Honestly I am not certain what I could have done to make this woman happy, short of refunding money for a job that we did Thank you

"This woman", as Mr. [redacted] refers to me, is indeed a very nice woman who tried to get to the bottom of the "mysterious missing bus!"  Yes, according to his GPS records, he told me that the smaller bus was in fact there, "albeit a little late".  However, this bus driver was not in communication with the larger bus' driver, and therefore, no one knew that the bus was for our use. As a matter of fact, a guest thought they saw the bus parked up the block from the hotel and that it followed the larger bus to Arlington.   Again, there weren't any guests given the option of riding in the smaller bus and the GPS showed that the smaller bus was in Arlington long after we had all returned to the [redacted]. Just didn't make any sense to me is all. In light of the Christmas spirit, I'm done trying to prove my point.  A lesson learned on my part.  Letting this go.

as they were supposed to be. We have the GPS data to back it up and I offeredher that data. I’ve been over this a number of times with  this woman on. She never expressed what she thought she was entitled to, and after numerous discussions on the phone with her thematter was resolved in my mind. The assumptions she made were not accurate and in our 22 years of business we have never been anything but straight forward with our clients. If we error, weadmit it, and make it right.Honestly I am not certain what I could have done to make this woman happy, short of refunding money for a job that we did.  Thank you.
