Never paid for assignment
I did a refi signing 8/19/21 and to date they have not paid for the signing. I confirmed with EO and the refi closed. I've called and sent numerous emails and have gotten no response. Don't work for them.

Do not send them moneyI am working with my bank to get this charge reversed to my account

In order to receive signings from this company, your account has to be a preferred accountI paid to upgrade my account from basic to preferredHowever, each time I accept a signing, I receive an email response that I need to upgrade my account from basic to preferredI have sent emails to this company, and left messages on there "supposedly" live chat, but no responseI even called them, but no one ever answers, and it goes to a voicemail which appears to be personalI just want my money refunded

FYI, I have not heard from Local Notary Network nor from "[email protected]" but I paid $24.50 for membership in response to constant emails I have been receiving for signings in my area but that stopped as soon as I paid! No emails and no mobile texts for orders. I tried to contact them to no avail. They left me no choice but to cancel membership and contacted my credit card company to dispute the $24.50 charge and seek reimbursement so buyer beware!!

Same scenario in Florida. Received multiple emails for jobs but I always missed out on the assignment and once I signed up for their services which guarantee assignments, I have not gotten a single offer. I would like to be refunded the fee. Paid via paypal Charge will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL *NOTARYNTWRK"
Payment sent to [email protected] $24.50

Review: I joined a trial offer with this company and had no results so I did not want to join. They choose to charge my account with a fee of $39.99 that was not authorized. I have tried to call them keep getting an answering service and have not received a call back. I have disputed with my bank and they can not do anything about it. I had to close my account so they can not pull any more money from it. All I want is a refund of what they took.Desired Settlement: Return of my $39.99

This company; Local Notary Network is not legitimate. They advertise to Notary Publics in Calif. to register with them for $49.95 and receive notary assignments in your local area. They send texts for assignments which are not legit. They secured my payment for $49.95 and never have they contacted me forANY notary assignments after they received my money. They have a negative review on 123 Notary website. They are scamming many notaries in Calif.

Review: I paid a fee to join this company with their promise to send me work. They have not and won't refund my money.

I received several emails from this company stating there were mobile notary signings in my area that paid up to $175 per signing. In order to get the business, I had to sign up with their company and pay a fee of $49.95 with my [redacted] Card, which I did on March 21, 2015. Once I paid their fee they said I had missed out on the signing. I then started doing some research on the company through our many notary websites, only to find that others had the same issue. I have called their company many times, but they do not offer phone assistance so I am sent to voice mail. I have left many voice mails, with no return call. I have also sent many, may emails requesting they refund my money as they have not sent me ANY business. I have not received a a response to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I want my $49.95 refunded to me. I do not believe they really are a legitimate company.

Review: On 4/20/2015 I signed up on www.LocalNotaryNetwork.com and paid $49.95 to be added to the closing agents list. I received e-mails asking if I'm available for notary services in my area, I always response with yes, I'm available. However I get responses that I'm not registered on their web site. Which I am as I paid to be. I have not be able to contact anyone because their phone number [redacted] only has voice mail and no one returns my calls. I've e-mailed an get no responses. This company is either very poorly run or a scam. I'd like my money back as I am not receiving the service for which I've paid and not received.Desired Settlement: Return my $49.95 to me at [redacted] immediately.

I believe this is a scam website, because there are too many inconsistencies, no way to contact anyone and no other information about being a secure site or licenses.

Review: PERSONALLY came and appeared before me, the undersigned Notary, the within named [redacted], who is a resident of [redacted], and makes this his statement and General Affidavit upon oath and affirmation of belief and personal knowledge that the following matters, facts and things set forth are true and correct to the best of his knowledge:

On June 20, 2015, I had signed up for Local Notary Network to promote myself as a Mobile Notary. I was told at that time, that I would be charged $49.95 every year for their service. Additionally, I was charged for $39.95 on the day of signup. After one month of membership and not have received any clients from their service, I attempted to contact Local Notary Network multiple times via phone call and email to cancel my account. However, at no point did I receive a reply email or return phone call to my queries.

On September 2, 2015, my credit card was charged for $49.95 despite my requests to close my account. Being that I had made multiple attempts to cancel my account, I have started the dispute process for that charge with my bank.

At this time, I am once again requesting that my account please be closed and that I no longer get

charged for the service.

DATED this the 6th day of September 2015.Desired Settlement: At this time, I am once again requesting that my account please be closed and that I no longer get

charged for the service.

Review: This company solicited me via email incessantly to accept notary assignments in my area at higher than normal payouts, but there is a one time signup fee of$59.95, which I paid after feeling I was missing out on a number of assignments. Each time a notice of assignment was sent to me, I would accept immediately only to have a returned message stating that I was not in their database. I feel this company is a scam/fraud, and I would like a refund of $59.95.Desired Settlement: Refund of $59.95
