We used to advertise out business in their print and online mediaWe have opted to be top ranked in online paid rankingAs an Office manager I talked to their sales team who set up everything for our account and all was well till we decided to stop payed advertisementIt took multiple calls to get message through After nice and polite refusal to continue subscription, agent (Roland) changed tone of conversation and after another couple minutes dropped topic of resigning us Two month later another employee start calling our business and insisting that Business owner need to explicitly talk to them about cancelling servicesI explained as Office Manager I am in charge of those decision and she still refusesShe went ahead and even told that there is no contract or papers signed and they just have a person name on the file and keep refusing to cancel subscription Extremely unhappy with [redacted] type of calls (twice a day) for already cancelled account Needless to say after years of advertisement we did not see any tangible improvement in new customer flow also employees are very unprofessional in handling complains or cancellations
