There is about $750 dollars of LABOR and COST spent to this specific project with no completion date (which was cancelled per customer’s request). Our product comes with “100% satisifaction guranteed” meaning, if we don’t provide a “DECENT product in our SERVICE” to customers, they are welcome to ask for a refund, because we are 100% confident to our product and services. We provided this customer varius of services and Her business power listing was included in this package which cost our company about $59.99 and if she decided to this through [redacted] (who we work with as an agency account) she would’ve paid at least $99 or $125 per month. We included this in her package for her because we wanted to help her based on her situation and we wanted to help her business to be successful! I, personally overwrite this for her. We are not a scam, we are fully affordable business to business online consulting marketing firm. We offered this customer a $199 setup, 199 p/month package which included a fully mobile friendly website however the customer requested to cancel from the services 60 days later because they thought they were charged extra but that was her package $199 down and $199 per month at least for 4 months until they see full results with all the services and that is based on their “APPROVAL” towards the mock of their website, towards the logins to certain accounts for us to do verification of her business. Her full support with us is 100% important in order for us to be successful. This package was originally for $199 down and $299 per month which one of my old managers overwrite this for the customer and the main reason was we wanted to help her so we can get more referrals. Not other way around. We are business, and we have our cost, overhead, expenses and employees as well. This package that she was offered is worth about $1500 dollars if she goes and contacts any other marketing company but I doubt she understood the cost in developing a FULLY optimized website, with all social media intergration and ALL POWER LISTINGS for local business listings included in this package for her The prupose of this products is to help small business owners take advantage of the online services, professioanl website and visibility on search engines with small budget and that was our goal but customer didn’t understand the expectations and the product ended up being partial to her because she didn’t believe we are legit compnay but we are legit. · Ciatation report attached · 6 pages of her website screenshots which was FULLY made is attached: I have attached the screenshot of her website that was completed and ready for her review on December 2015 and there was 2 follow up attempts via [redacted] on Jan 7th where she never responded to them (please see attachments) · “Index.Html” shows the milstones in [redacted] and communication in our end which was completed 100% · Keyword analysis attachment · Business listing on the TOP best directories in nation which we paid $59.99 for her out of our pocket (which we do for all customers) done through [redacted] · Attached the communication with Jessica Buck and customer were all her questions were answered. o Yes we do our work o Yes we 100% satisfaction gurantee with our customer and NO we didn’t SCAM her. The services she received was not completed because she didn’t comply to pay her second payment or maintence fee, and that is on the website, on contract and it is obvious that as a business we have to be able to maintain our minimum cost + profit to be in business and in this case we lost money and customer lost money by not completing her mock up on her phase 4 which she requested cancellation per notes in the CRM which is attached for your review as well. I was contacted by phone and was told that I would be contacted every week to go over what had been done for my business, and that there was a day money-back guaranteeif I was not completely satisfiedSounded great, right? I got one call from the lady a week later just telling me that you know it takes time to get the ball rolling, which I totally understoodI never heard back from her, instead I got a message from a man saying that he would call me on a Thursday at PM to discuss what they had doneI blocked out the time to speak to him and he never calledWhen he called the next time he left a message saying he had been in training so he would call on Monday the following weekThat call never happenedI was told that I would be receiving an email from Base CampI never got an email from "Base Camp" she resent it to me today while we were on the phone handy came from her personal email, not "Basecamp"She apologized but said the guaranteed satisfaction period was overThat was very convenient, as the number on my bank statement was just a voicemail, with no name and no explanation other then leave a messageUntil that time I did not even have a number to get in contact with this person, as I was supposed to get the information from the email, that I never receivedPlease don't be suckered in like I was!!!

DO NOT USE.
I tried to contact them to cancel my account after they stopped working on my account and as soon as I said cancel they kept acting like the phone line was dropped and they couldn't hear me and then they hung up (that happened three times). Then I finally got through to the "account manager" and she wouldn't let me close my account and said the other "manager" would call me back to cancel. Of course that dint happen and after several more times of failed cancelations I had to change cards just to get them to stop charging me.
They have a poor service to start with and then they just stop working and wont let you drop your account.

This business is not to be trusted. I was contacted by phone in December and was promised a working viable website along with positive and professional service. This company does not provide professional service. I had been hung up on on several occasions. I was promised a website that did not happen, my money was taken from my account and still I did not receive a viable website. In fact the initial website design I was given was NOT even for the SERVICES that I perform. Continuously I was sent drafts / mockups that had poor grammar, inaccurate information about my service and misrepresentation of my service. I stayed in constant electronic communication with the company trying to assist them in preparing a website for my company, I supplied them with other sites as examples which also performed the exact services that I performed. With all that being done I still did not receive a viable website. Also I was lied to by the account representative whom stated that I would be contacted by the owner regarding my complaint, I was also told that the site would be prepared and up and running this too was a lie.
The company refused to refund my payment as well as refused to allow me to speak with the individual whom owns this company. This company should not be trusted. Because of "local top rank" I will no longer do business with companies that are not located in my area. Local Top Rank is a scam for a company, they take your money and lie about their ability to deliver the product in a timely manner, or even in a pro active manner. This company preys on others to make a profit.. I would not be able to say that if they would not return my money for lack of ability to deliver the product that was promised. If the Revdex.com would like to verify my business and the payment that I made as well as the complaint I have bank records, I have a copy of the contract as well as many emails and other forms of communications with this company.
