Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I have tested this out on the website and when I try to claim the business it will not let me proceed without entering in my Credit card info, they dont need that info if they are not going to charge me to fix their error.] Regards, [redacted]

Please be advised that Local.com does not charge for business listings to be listed on www.local.com – we do offer an upgrade opportunity via ***, a partner of Local.com, but it is not mandatory When business owners request an edit to their listing, our policy requires the business owner to “claim” their listing so they retain rights for future edits and verification that information is correct When a business owner claims said listing – the option to upgrade via Yext appears however we advise ALL business owners that it is not required and that once they click “submit” the listing has already come to Local.com for approval The listing will then show live on the directory within 24-hours once approved Once that happens the business owner then receives an email requesting that they create/reset their password so they can log into their listing to make additional edits if necessary moving forwardThis is our policy and our customer support team informs ALL businesses of the processes and procedures via email as we do not offer phone support for business listings The support email is [email protected] If the business owner wishes for Local.com to remove their business listing – they can simply send an email to the email address above and request the listing be removed We will remove the listing and again, the change will show as such within 24-hours as a data turn is requiredI hope the above information is sufficient and if you should need anything else please do not hesitate to contact me directlyThank you for your assistance, [redacted] ***
