Review: They contacted me several years ago and I told them I did not want to do business with them. Several months later, they sent me a bill for services that (1) I did not ask for and (2) I did not receive. I filed a complaint at that time with Revdex.com and was able to avoid paying for services that I never asked for. They did harass me a couple of times, but ultimately I made it clear I was not doing busines with them, ever. I received a call today from them again. I do not want to do business with them as I do not trust them. I again told them I will not do business with them and they need to cease and desist with the contact.Desired Settlement: I no longer want contact with Local Vets.

Review: We have been plagued by frequent, undesired phone calls from this company in the year and a half that we have been open. Multiple individuals have been deceptive in their representation to our staff, claiming they are from another veterinary hospital in the area. They have even asserted that they NEED to speak with the [redacted], using the doctor's first name to insinuate familiarity. We are not interested in their services and have told them on every occasion they have called. They have also emailed our practice regularly. We have requested in response to each communication from them that they cease and desist these marketing calls. We even received a confirmation number from them as to our removal from their "List." The phone calls and emails have not stopped.Desired Settlement: We wish to no longer receive communications from this company (phone calls, emails, mailings, etc.) from this company.
